What we hear God saying?

  • God desires redeemed worshipers from among every nation, tribe and tongue. God calls both foreign and domestic laborers into the harvest in order to accomplish this.
  • The ministry of pastoral befriending, nurturing, equipping and helping to sustain and to promote native pastors among the nations is required for the successful implementation of the Great Commission. The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few—partly because we have ignored God’s “field of great treasures” being His suffering servants, the native pastors.
  • Most native pastors are not adequately cared for, encouraged, equipped, trusted and enabled to effectively do the work of ministry that God has called them to do.
  • One reason ministry care is grossly inadequate among native pastors is that the body of Christ globally has not been sufficiently made aware of their needs. In other cases local churches and many missions’ agencies are not specifically equipped to understand or to sympathize with those needs.
  • God provides the means to equip the body of Christ for doing the work of ministry (Ephesians 4)
  • Native pastors and Christians are under a marked worldwide direct persecution, therefore shepherding, guiding, aiding, encouraging, equipping and at times resourcing them, is paramount to supporting the works of God among the nations.
